God may appear from tests

The biggest machine ever built by man is trying to solve the mystery of how matter could result from a cosmic explosion.
For the first time since the so-called “Enlightenment” of the 17th and 18th century when Europe first pitched science against faith, this secular continent is techno-confident enough to explore further into how we came to be fearfully and wonderfully made.
As well as the £4billion LHC Geneva science experiment, there are a growing number of calls to re-instate creation theories in the classroom, which suggests God is back on the agenda, where He belongs.
For those of us whose knowledge of particle physics is a little sketchy, a backdrop reading from the Bible is not only helpful but could be front page news in two years’ time.
“And God created man in his own image from the dust of the ground, and breathed into him the breath of life.” Genesis 2 v7.
God’s signature is still a possible contender when 9,000 scientists reach the conclusion of their mammoth-sized experiment.
