YOUNGSTERS in Aspatria will benefit from a £4,400 lottery grant to an after-school club.
The Dreamscheme club in Market Square has been awarded the cash by the National Lottery Awards for All scheme.
The club runs an after-school cyber café and the money will be used to update the existing technology.
Project manager Linda Hunter said: “At the moment we have got two working computers, but only one will go on the internet.
“We should be able to get six new laptops with the money and the kids are really excited about that.”
The computers should be operational in the new year.
