Film fest competition

KESWICK Film Festival celebrates its 10th anniversary next year.
The festival, which runs from February 12-19, is holding another short film competition and is currently seeking submissions.
There will be two categories of entry for the Cumbrian Short Film Award – an open category for all types and ages of film maker with a link to Cumbria; and a young person category for film-makers under 18 years of age with a link to Cumbria.
An award of £200 will be given to the best short film in the open category.
The award for the best short film in the young person category has yet to be confirmed.

Already announced is the return of Carl Hunter, after the success last year of Grow Your Own.
Carl Hunter is coming back to show it again and do a question and answer session for those who missed it.
