Celebrate end of pizza week
Last updated 08:59, Saturday, 29 November 2008
WHY not celebrate the end of National Pizza Week with a luxury pizza from the new range at Pizza Express?
The four new pizzas have been created by Theo Randall who recently won Italian Restaurant of the Year at the London Restaurant Awards.
He reckons that pizza tastes best eaten with your hands and each of the new oval-shaped creations is served on a black slate-like board with a pizza cutter, so you don’t need to use a knife and fork.
The pizzas include: Tonnara (yellowfin tuna with olives and capers with a tomato and creme fraiche sauce); Favorita (tomatoes marinated in oregano, prosciutto ham and rocket) and Gamberettini (a mix of brown shrimps and grated courgettes, parsley lemon and chilli oil).
