Cumbrian man found dead on train tracks

THE body of a former Cumbrian man has been found next to train tracks in Leicestershire.

Chris Park, 23, who is also known as Christopher Gouch, was found dead at about 1pm on February 23 on a railway line at Little Bowden, near Market Harborough.

British Transport Police believe the 23-year-old, who grew up in Carlisle, may have fallen from a train and died from his injuries.

His body was spotted by a train driver.

Detectives believe Mr Park had caught the 12.30pm non-stop Midland Mainline service to London St Pancras at Leicester train station.
