4-5-1 system is wrong

It's down to the manager to motivate players and rotate the system but if you haven’t got the squad to motivate you can’t do it and we are now struggling with this.

I don’t like the 4-5-1 system at Carlisle United. It’s not good to watch and it never has been. I’ve never known a Carlisle United team play with a 4-5-1 system.

They certainly didn’t play that under Neil McDonald and Paul Simpson, or even Greg Abbott when he was incharge.

Fred Story has been an ambassador for Carlisle and I am proud to call him a Cumbrian.

He’s done a lot for this club, he’s kept us going. His decision to make John Ward manager is the only mistake Fred has ever made.

Maybe this is the time when Fred should move and bring someone in, someone with a lot of money.

Not Mr Shepherd from Newcastle and definitely not a Roddy Collins consortium.

Good luck to Carlisle United in the play-offs. I’m sceptical and fearful of the play offs because I don’t think we have got the squad to get through.

I think he is going to have to bring youngsters in.

Good luck Blues in the push for the Championship, good luck in the play-offs. We are all behind you, but I’m worried.
