Top awards for dealer’s long-serving staff

CAR dealer Lloyd Carlisle has scooped two prestigious awards for its workshop and service reception staff.

Colin Rowntree and Richard Warburton beat off competition from the 140-strong network of UK Volvo dealers to land Master Technician of the Year and Best Service Receptionist.
The pair have clocked up more than 20 years’ service at the Kingstown-based dealer, which dealer principal Gary Horn believes was key.
He said: “Experience and stability build passion and enthusiasm for the Volvo brand and this translates into an understanding of customer needs and dedication to the job.”
The awards were presented at the Volvo UK training centre in Daventry.
