Felicity heads team

LLOYDS TSB Commercial has appointed Felicity Hails to head the bank’s operations in Cumbria.
Based in its Carlisle office, Ms Hails will oversee an 11-strong team supporting customers with turnovers of up to £15m.
The team also operates offices in Penrith, Kendal, Barrow and Workington, providing locally-based support for its portfolio of businesses.
Ms Hails has spent more than 20 years working with Lloyds TSB customers in a range of roles. She said: “I’m delighted to be given the opportunity to head up such a fantastic team and I’m very much looking forward to helping to make a strong business even stronger.
“Cumbria is experiencing a real boost in opportunities for local businesses and the arrival of the new University of Cumbria can only boost the region further.
“I’m looking forward to supporting our customers as they capitalise on this growth.
