Lost Hours to perform again in a one-off gig

THE Lost Hours are playing together for the first time in over two years.
The Whitehaven-based band is reforming to play a one-off gig in Gallacher’s nightclub at The Mighty Boof Club Night tomorrow (Friday, April 11).
The Lost Hours, pictured, split in 2005, In the three years they were together they recorded an EP at Moolah Rouge studios, Stockport, and played gigs all across the north, including Liverpool’s famous Cavern.
Chris Grears, bassist, 26, now lives in Newcastle where he studies law, as well as working as a promoter and band manager for record company TEO Music.
“I work with music and bands every day but there is no feeling like playing live,” he says. “It’s just unbelievable.”
Since they split in 2005, the band members have gone their separate ways but all stayed in touch. Paul Harrison, guitarist, 26, is currently working with a new band, Soviet Dynamo. Stephen Graham, 27, travelled around Europe for five months and now studies journalism and creative writing at the University of Cumbria.
Vocalist Martin Park, 28, works as a planning manager at Sellafield and fronts local band, Holocaus, whilst drummer Andrew Henshaw, 23, works as a scaffolder at Sellafield and plays for successful Whitehaven-based band, Mazzoni.
The night starts at 8pm with headline act on at 10.30pm.
Also appearing will be The Dead Certs, from Leeds, and Facing Face.
