All dressed up for the annual trolley dash

CLEATOR Moor was filled with Wath Brow Hornets’ team members and supporters last weekend – in fancy dress.
Around 80 people joined the trolley dash to raise money for the tour fund for the club.
The teams dressed up in Cleopatra, Ghost Busters, Egyptian and Sheila’s Wheels outfits to visit 12 pubs and clubs in and around Cleator Moor, drinking at least one drink in each pub.
Organiser Amy Caddy said: “Most people were okay on the day but we were all a bit worse for wear the next day though!”
Entrants had to pay a £10 joining fee to take part in the crawl, which started at 11.30am and ended at 6pm.
Alongside the pub crawl, there were also cake stalls, bouncy castles and raffles to raise money for the fund.
Amy said: “The weather wasn’t great, but we still had a really great time.
“We had a cake stall, and the majority of the businesses contributed to the raffle prizes. We couldn’t have done it without them.”
