A TAXI driver has pleaded not guilty to sexually touching a passenger.
John Milfull, 61, of Mill Hill, Cleator Moor, is alleged to have touched the bottom of a female passenger, who was aged 16 or over, on May 25, this year.
Mr Milfull entered his not guilty plea when he appeared before Whitehaven magistrates yesterday for a preliminary hearing. He chose to stand trial at Carlisle Crown Court and will be formally committed to the senior court at a hearing on October 22.
