The Killers’ new album, Day and Age hit the shelves on November 24, and includes the band’s sixth Top 10 hit single, Human. This album is a perfect gift for anyone who is going on the band’s newly announced tour next year.

Following in the same genre, we have Oasis and their newest album Dig Out Your Soul . It hit the high street early October, and it will not leave fans disappointed. It steers away from the band’s previous anthemic style and more towards a true rock and roll sound.

For music lovers with a more of an upbeat taste, there is some fantastic pop-rock albums coming your way.

Funhouse, the latest album from Pink includes the three-week chart topper, So What.

This latest album lives up to the other four successful ones she has released. With likeable songs such as Sober and title track Funhouse it’s an album worth investing in.

Another for the pop lovers, or more cheesy music listeners, is the soundtrack album for the extremely popular High School Musical 3: Senior Year.
