HOME Housing, the association, of which Copeland Homes is part, has gained industry-rated accreditation for its electrical maintenance team in the county.
Following assessments by the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC), the Home north-west electrical team has been accepted as a fully-approved NICEIC contractor.
NICEIC is the electrical contracting industry’s independent voluntary body for electrical installation matters throughout the UK.
Copeland Homes has also retained its full membership of the same body, following its ninth successful annual inspection.
Dave Smith, Home’s head of maintenance, said: “This is fantastic news and a great achievement for the team.
“The successful inspection and subsequent accreditation illustrates that our work is shown to be of the highest industry standards and working practices.”
