ST Bees flower and vegetable show has been hailed as a “great success” by organisers.
Top exhibitors were Mark Hewertson and the Hadwin family. They won a range of trophies and cups for a selection of homegrown flowers and vegetables.
Neil Todd, secretary for the show, said: “Most classes were up on exhibitors, except for the children’s classes. The good thing was the wet weather didn’t stop the exhibitors from turning up. The show was well supported later in the afternoon by the public. It was a great success.”
Mr Todd added that there was substantial improvements in all aspects of the event and the committee are looking forward to next year’s show.
Organisers welcome more volunteers to help with the show. For more information contact Neil Todd on 019467 25519.
