Ross started as a trainee groundworker with Story Construction, in Carlisle, 18 months ago and has sinced been offered a full-time contract with the company.
NACRO works to help young people from a variety of backgrounds, some of whom may be ex-offenders or at risk of being excluded from school, to move into employment, further education or training.
