Remember Eddie and his ponies?

SIR – I read with interest your article online on the Cumbria Fell Ponies (April 29).
as you were: The yearly round-up of fell ponies on a Sellafield farm, captured on film by Whitehaven photographer Lilian Douglas, circa 1950.
I remember in the early fifties my late father taking me up to Dent to see the ponies. I believe they were looked after by a local fishmonger named Eddie Kinsella.
Eddie used to sell his fish from a cart pulled by a fell pony. Do any readers remember Eddie and the ponies?
